Our training starts from the survivor perspective, bringing empathy and understanding to different communities’ processes.

Beyond Just Words hopes to change safeguarding practice in order to listen to the victims and survivors who have been so long ignored by the establishment, bringing hope to those in need of care; enabling people working in the wider community to really accompany the survivor in their healing – going ‘beyond just words’.

The trainers have experience of working within health workplaces, including the NHS. We understand both the needs of the organisation and the survivor, encouraging the reporting and process needs of your staff.
